Classification of plate shears

1. According to the shape of scissors, shearing machines are divided into straight knife shearing machines and disk knife shearing machines. 2. According to the moving track of the tool rest, plate shears can be divided into the following types:

(1) The tool rests along the vertical line movement because there is no forward angle, so the section of the upper blade must be processed into a diamond shape, so there are only two blades (a four-blade rectangular blade can also be used, but the shear quality is poor), the tool rest has a shear fracture, and the surface is not a right angle.

(2) The tool rest moves along the forward inclination line (the angle between the vertical line and the tool rest is 1°30 ' 2°), and the section of the upper blade can be processed into a rectangle with four blades, and the shear fracture is basically at a right angle to the surface of the plate.

(3) The tool rest swings along the arc line, and the section of the cutting blade should be processed into a diamond shape, so there are only two blades. Because the upper blade is slightly forward in the cutting process, the cutting quality is similar to the movement of the tool rest along the forward inclination line.

(4) The tool rest swings along the arc line, and the front angle can reach 300, so the welding groove can be cut out.

3. According to the transmission mode classification, plate shearing machines are divided into mechanically driven plate shearing machines and hydraulically driven cutting triggers.

Before work

1.before the empty running test, a working stroke should be manually turned, and the equipment can only be started after it is confirmed that it is normal.
2.With hydraulic equipment, the oil storage tank should be sufficient. After starting the oil pump, check whether there is leakage in the valve and pipeline, and the pressure should meet the requirements. Open the valve to drain the air from the system.
At work

1.Do not shear laminated sheet material, do not trim the edge of raw edge sheet material, and do not shear narrow sheet material or short material.

2.The gap between the knife plate and the blade should be adjusted according to the thickness of the plate, but not greater than 1/30 of the thickness of the plate. The cutter plate should be tight and firm, and the upper and lower cutter plates should be kept parallel. After adjustment, an artificial turning test should be applied to avoid accidents.

3.The cutting edge of the knife plate should be kept sharp. If the cutting edge becomes dull or has cracking phenomena, it should be replaced in time.

4.When cutting, the material pressing device should firmly press the plate, and it is not allowed to shear under the condition of not tight pressure.

5.For equipment with hydraulic devices, other hydraulic valves are not allowed to be adjusted without permission except for throttling.

6.For the thickness of hydraulic pendulum plate shears, it should be determined according to the "curve diagram of the relationship between ultimate strength and thickness of plates".
