How To Testing Bending Angle In DA58T
01, First edit press brake tooling on tools libray according to actual tools dimensions
02, set one simple program on manual mode, select the correct material and tools
03, set the bending angle to 180 degree, select air bending
04, the top punch will touch the plate with pressure, but won’t bending it, just touch it
05, If the top punch can not touch the sheet, still have 30mm between punch and die, adjust the Tools Reference value little,try 10mm first
find Parameters Setting----General Parameters------Tools-
-------Tools Reference, you can enlarge 10mm based on the current value, then try bending again, untill the punch can touch the sheet(180 degree program), sometimes you need to test many times and need to refresh or restart controller to confirm modifications

06, Ensure bending same angles under Y1&Y2;
Set bending degree 90, put 2 pcs 100*100 plate for testing under Y1&Y2, Y1&Y2 should be same with 90 degree, if Y1&Y2 can not get same angles, please try the following solutions:
Find Parameters Setting------Y axis Parameters-----Feedback-------Reference Left(Y1) or (Y2)
If bending angle is bigger, then decrease this value, normally 0.07mm DA58T setting difference have 1 degree change in actual sheet bending; if angle is smaller, then increase reference left or right.
07, If Y1&Y2 have same 90 degree bending angle, now you can test bending full length, normally there have 2- 4 degree difference between short&long plate.
If the middle location bending degree is different with two sides(Y1&Y2), adjust the crowning value, sometimes DELEM is not so accurate, you need to manual adjusting the crowning value, compensation cylinder stroke is 5mm, 20% compensation means crowning cylinder will be up 1mm; if just one sectional different with other section, please adjust the clamping wedges by manual.
08, If full length still have difference in bending, like your target bending angle is 90 degree, but actual measured bending full length is only 88 degree, please use angle Correction Function In delem, program a correction of +2; if actual sheet bending angle is 92 degree, then program a correction of -2.
