Hydraulic shearing machine is mainly used for cutting and blanking of insulating paperboard, and NC feeding is adopted. Just input the required cutting width through the touch screen to automatically cut out the required dimensions and specifications, so as to improve the cutting accuracy and efficiency. The whole machine adopts all steel welding structure, and the welding parts such as wallboard, worktable and tool holder body can eliminate stress by vibration, which has good rigidity and stability. The machine tool is suitable for shearing various steel plates, copper plates, aluminum plates and non-metallic material plates with the thickness of the material as the rated value of the machine tool, and the material shall be free of hard marks, welding slag, slag inclusion and weld, and excess thickness is not allowed.
After shearing, the straightness and parallelism of the shearing surface of the sheared sheet metal shall be ensured, and the distortion of the sheet metal shall be minimized to obtain high-quality workpieces. The upper blade of the cutting board is fixed on the Taoist, and the lower blade is fixed on the workbench. A supporting ball is installed on the worktable so that the sheet material will not be scratched when sliding on it. The rear stop is used to fix the sheet metal, and the position is adjusted by a motor. The pressing cylinder is used to press the sheet to prevent the sheet from moving during shearing. Guardrail is a safety device to prevent industrial accidents. The return trip generally depends on nitrogen, with fast speed and small impact.


The correct cutting mode of the hydraulic plate shear should be to press the plate during cutting. It is equipped with a material pressing device controlled by the cam lever mechanism to ensure that the material pressing force remains unchanged during the cutting process. The feeder is buffered by a spring. The blanking length is controlled by the rear retaining device at two points. It is adjusted by hand wheel and fixed by handle. Emblems are set at each point to control the blanking slope. When the blanking length exceeds the control range of the rear stop, the rear stop can be removed to make the sheet pass unrestricted. The blade clearance is different for plates with different thickness. When adjusting the blade gap, rotate the flywheel by hand to make the upper tool holder reach the lower dead center, loosen the screw fixing the blade on the workbench, determine the gap value according to the thickness of the shear plate, and measure it on the full length of the blade with a feeler gauge. At this time, vibrate the flywheel to make the upper tool holder move up and down several times, gradually tighten the bolts and nuts, and adjust the blade gap value until it meets the requirements.
The main frames of the CNC Hydraulic Guillotine shearing machine is a welded assembly with sufficient rigidity. The three fulcrum roller guide rail is used to support the tool holder, which is connected to the piston rod of the oil cylinder and makes reciprocating linear motion between the guide rails. The rear two fulcrums are fixed on the wallboard, and the front fulcrum is the disc spring roller support, which is fixed on the pressing beam to make the tool holder always fit on the rear two fulcrums. The blade gap adjustment mechanism is a worm gear reducer, which drives the eccentric rotation of the upper fulcrum to make the tool holder rotate slightly on the lower fulcrum, so as to change the blade gap value.
The rear stopper is installed on the bottom plate of the tool holder and moves up and down with the tool holder. The rear stopper is driven by the servo motor and driven by the synchronous belt and ball screw pair to drive the stopper frame to move back and forth on the linear guide rail. The whole material retaining device is counted by the numerical control system, with accurate and reliable positioning and convenient operation. The adjustment range of rear retaining material is 10 ~ 1000mm.
Note: when pushing the sheet to the retaining plate during positioning, lean lightly against the retaining plate to ensure the positioning accuracy, otherwise it will affect its positioning accuracy.

Correct installation method of CNC Hydraulic Guilltoien shears:
The installation accuracy of the machine tool will directly affect the service performance of the machine tool, Therefore, the machine tool must be installed by professionals (or the manufacturer sends personnel to the site). The machine tool must be installed on a stable and hard foundation. The ground of the working area must be covered with a thick concrete layer and leveled according to the requirements of the foundation drawing (flatness 2mm / M). Fifteen days before installation, the user can first dig the foundation according to the foundation drawing in the manual, pour the machine base, reserve four anchor bolt installation holes, and pay attention to placing the four sizing blocks in the specified position. After the standby bed is seated, install the anchor screws and carry out secondary grouting. After all the cement is solidified, adjust the machine level through the supporting screws and backing plates, and then adjust the work Table level.
When adjusting the level of the working joint surface, remove the middle platen with steel ball, place the level horizontally on the convex processing surface of the working table, and adjust the horizontal level of the machine tool with the left and right support screws at the front side of the machine tool; Then place the level vertically and adjust the longitudinal level of the machine tool with the left and right support screws at the back of the machine tool. The horizontal and longitudinal levels shall be controlled within 1000:0.2mm.
