The hydraulic oil of CNC Pressbrake is not only the medium of hydraulic system, but also the lubricant, so its cleaning of oil and performance of the system have a great impact on the reliability and service life of hydraulic components. The main causes of hydraulic oil pollution of CNC bending machine are as follows:
01,The external part of the hydraulic actuator is dirty, and debris enters the hydraulic system;
02,The filter screen was not used for filtering during refueling;
03, The oil tank used are not clean;
04, Impurities enter when checking the oil quantity;
05,The seriously worn and damaged seals cannot be replaced in time;
06,Impurities such as scrap iron produced during inspection and repair are not cleaned up;
07,The oil was improperly stored, and sundries, such as water, entered the oil tank. In the process of press brake bending use, inspection and maintenance, remember to pay attention to the above problems, which can reduce the occurrence of hydraulic system failure.
Compressibility of hydraulic oil of CNC Press brake is very low, but the compressibility of air is large. If there is a small amount of air in hydraulic system, the system performance will be greatly affected. When the pressure of air dissolved in water is low, a large amount of air will overflow and produce bubbles, forming cavitation; If press brake bending pressure is high, under the impact of the pressure, the bubble will break rapidly, generating explosion noise, and releasing a lot of heat energy, causing damage to the components and heating of the oil. In order to prevent air from entering the hydraulic system, the following must be done: First, the oil return pipe is inserted below the oil level; The second is to prevent loose joints and damaged seals; Third, when filling the fuel tank, avoid incorrect filling methods; The fourth is to avoid large oil suction resistance caused by the fine discharge filter at the inlet of the hydraulic pump, and the dissolved gas cannot be separated.
The temperature of hydraulic oil of CNC press brake is generally controlled between 40 ℃ and 80 ℃. If it is kept above 80 ℃ for a long time, the viscosity of the oil will be very low, which is easy to leak, causing high temperature of hydraulic components and short down service life. Therefore, all factors shall be fully considered in the selection of radiator. The selection of oil viscosity is also a matter of consideration. High viscosity will increase the energy loss when the oil flows, while low viscosity will increase the leakage. Therefore, attention should be paid to and regular inspection should be conducted during use to prevent the oil temperature from being too high.
Hydraulic oil of the CNC Press brake should be filtered regularly and inspected regularly, which can ensure the working performance of the hydraulic system, reduce the wear and corrosion of hydraulic components, and extend the service life of full hydraulic system of CNC Press brake bending machine. Some customers are considering oil cooler for hydraulic system to cool down oil running temperature which can increase hydraulic components using life, or some customers are considering Hybrid CNC Press brakes which all hydraulic system just running when press brake operator starting bending sheet profiles, all running speed and pressure are determined by demand bending sheet profiles.
