With this DELEM DAC360T full touch guillotine control, the rake angle and cutting gap settings are set automatically by entering the material type and thickness of the sheet to be cut.The servo-driven cutting back gauge on ball-screw in combination with the DAC360T control, By entering the sheet thickness&length, the control automatically sets the blade gap and the cutting angle as a function of the sheet thickness. All parameters can be manually modified according to the actual data if necessary.The back gauge control supports servo control, 2-speed AC control as well as inverter control. Depending on the application you can select either two-side positioning or single side positioning, using optional spindle correction functionality.
