How To Adjusting Bending Precision For DELEM cnc Press Brake controller

When you get new CNC Synchro Press brake from manufactures, you need to commssion all axis before starting bending metal profles, the following are the basic solution for DELEM DA52S, DA66T, DA69T 2D&3D full touch cnc press brake controller made in Holland:

Testing bending sheet metal

1. Install the upper and lower press rbake tooling, set the actual size of the upper and lower moulds, set the angle to 180 degrees, remember to refresh the data of the manual interface. The system recalculates the Y-axis travel according to the height of the upper and lower tools.

2. When stepping on the foot, pay attention to whether the upper die is pressed into the groove of the lower die (don't crush the groove, when approaching the groove of the lower die, release the foot in time or press the stop key of the system). It is necessary to adjust the distance between the reference points in the total parameters. The larger the set value, the more sliders go down. The smaller the settings, the opposite. Step down empty and adjust the slider to the upper plane of the lower die at the lower dead point. Small sheet metal can also be placed on the lower die, pressed to the sheet metal, sheet metal can not be deformed.

3. Set the angle of the manual interface to 90 degrees. Place the small sheet material 100*100 under the cylinder of Y1 and Y2. Calibrate the angle error of Y1 and Y2. In the system parameters - > Y axis parameter feedback menu Y1, Y2 reference points. The larger the value, the smaller the distance from one side down. If the angle of the folded sheet is larger, the value will be reduced to about 7 filaments of 1 degree. If the angle is small, the opposite is true.


Accuracy testing and adjustment methods:

The first thing is to ensure that the  lower die is straight without deformation and bending. Otherwise, no bending accuracy can be guaranteed (if there is deformation or bending of the lower die, please correct the  lower die or replace the new  lower die directly).

The compensating wedge in the CNC anti-deflection table should not be loosened or displaced. The compensating motor should ensure that it can turn forward and backward.

After completing the above angle test, the workpiece with length of 1 m can be tested and bending. When the middle angle is larger than 2 sides, the operator needs to enable the CNC Crowning function. The CNC system will automatically compensate the worktable according to the situation of the sheet metal. If the automatic compensation value has greater error with the required compensation value, the operator needs to check the deformation of the worktable in time. ;

If the bending angle of 1m plate is good, it is possible to bend 3m to full-length workpiece now. All compensation values and error values of long plate and short plate are different, requiring repeated testing by operators.

If the CNC press brake tools and vertical plate are obviously deformed or the wedge of CNC crowning table is shifted or worn after a long time of use, the compensation accuracy can not meet the requirements, please contact the manufacturer in time.
