1. common-cause failure
(1) orifice plug system the main pressure relief valve malfunction. Improper adjustment, spring break, the valve cone or spool stuck. Cleaning, grinding, adjust, repair or replace the relief valve. Solenoid valve malfunction, heart valve sticking. Cleaning, grinding or replacement of the valve.
(2) the slider doesn't work but can fall by gravity downward pressure axial piston pumps cannot supply oil: fritters oil repair start button, the motor fails to start. AC contactor and thermal relay and the motor piston pump itself fails, dismantling or replacement of the pump.
(3) primary circuit relief valve failure. May be damping hole plug the improper adjustment, spring broken or rusted stuck valve heart. Adjust, repair or replace the relief valve.
2. exclusion procedures/methods
(1) slider cannot be descending solenoid valve not reversing. Repair or replace housing screws loose. Check the circuit check and tighten; directional control valve block. Cleaning, grinding or replacement of the valve.
(2) the one-way throttle valve stuck or closed maintenance cleaning.
(3) on the slider is not only repair or replace tighten the housing screws. Solenoid valve does not reverse. Valve block.
